This product is handmade to order. Please allow 4-8 weeks for your piece to be made & shipped. If required by a specific date, please specify in the checkout notes and i will do my best to accommodate.

Every Neij ring is made from 100% recycled solid metals, meaning no plating or no fillers, just pure, solid gold & silver. Each piece is handcrafted with love by our master jeweller Filippa herself, meaning every piece is completely unique and one of a kind. All our jewellery is created and shipped from our studio located on the Central Coast, Australia.

When you’ve invested into getting yourself a fine piece of jewellery it’s important to know how to properly care for your piece to ensure it stays beautiful for a lifetime.

 » Take off your jewellery when sleeping & before going to the gym

» Apply lotion & perfume before putting your jewellery on

» Don’t wear in swimming pools. Minerals and chemicals can cause the metal to tarnish.

» Store in a dry & dark place and avoid moisture!

» Clean your jewellery with warm water & dish soap and scrub gently with a soft toothbrush or use a soft polishing cloth. Do this a few times per month.

For all made to order pieces, please allow 4-8 weeks for your order to be made and dispatched. For all ready to ship pieces, allow 1-3 business days for your order to be dispatched. All of our pieces are sent through Australia Post and all items sent are trackable.

​We are not responsible for any additional incurred importing costs such as customs or additional tax for international orders outside of Australia. Fee's and import costs may vary depending on your country's rules & regulations on jewellery & higher priced items. When you make a purchase outside of Australia you are liable for all import duties and taxes on your order.

If your package has not arrived within 14 days after parcel has been dispatched, contact us and we will do our best to help. By Neij is not responsible for any loss of/or damaging of items during transit. We will do everything we can to help but once the parcel has been dispatched the control is no longer with us. 

​If your item is returned to by Neij for incorrect or incomplete address, or, failure to receive or pick up item within the post office time-frame, we will be in touch to organise a re-delivery at additional cost incurred by you.

Return & Exchange Policy

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email at filippa@neijjewelllery.com within 48 hours of receiving your item. 

Neij Jewellery does not accept returns on any products unless deemed fault. This includes change of mind.

If you have received a piece that is found to be faulty please contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the product. When we receive a returned product, we will either replace it, or issue a store credit, or if the item is faulty and unable to be replaced, we will refund the value of the product (this excludes original freight cost).

Sale items cannot be exchanged. If deemed faulty after an approved return, a store credit will be issued.

Please be aware that returns do not apply for custom made items.
