The Bespoke Design Process

1. YOUR VIRTUAL CONSULTATION

Every bespoke piece begins with a free 15 minute one-on-one virtual consultation with Filippa, our founder and designer.

This session is used to understand what you’re looking to create and how the piece needs to function.

We’ll cover your initial idea, references, preferred materials, and any practical considerations such as lifestyle, wearability, and budget.

You’ll also be guided through what’s possible, with clear direction on the best approach for your piece.

At the end of this step, we’ll have a defined brief to move into design.

2. DESIGN & STONE SOURCING

Once the direction is confirmed, we begin developing your piece.

A $100 deposit is required at this stage, which is credited toward your final piece.

We source a selection of stones based on your brief and develop initial design concepts that align with your preferences.

This includes:

Stone options and sourcing
Design direction, proportions, and setting style
Structural considerations to ensure long-term durability

You’ll be presented with hand-drawn designs, stone options, and pricing.

From here, we refine the design based on your feedback until everything is finalised.

3. FINAL APPROVAL & CREATION

Once the design and materials are approved, your piece moves into production.

Each piece is handcrafted to order by Filippa, following the exact specifications outlined in your approved design. Every detail - from stone setting to final polish - is executed with precision to ensure the finished piece matches what you’ve signed off on.

Production takes between 6–12 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design.

Before dispatch, each piece is carefully inspected to ensure quality, durability, and finish meet our standards.

Your piece is then delivered with free express shipping worldwide, presented in our premium ring box packaging.

Our bespoke prices start at $3500 AUD.

Factors of pricing will consider your desired, metal & carat, your gemstone selection & design intricacy.

GEMSTONES.

Let us know if you have a desired gemstone with colour & cut in mind. Our gemstones are sourced from our trusty suppliers, ensuring the highest quality of ethically sourced natural gemstones. We will source you the perfect stone based on your preference and vision.

OCCASION.

Let us know of the occasion and your budget with any time constraints you may have. We will do our absolute best to personalise this experience to fit your needs!

Bespoke FAQ

How long is the timeframe for a bespoke piece?

After a deposit payment has been made, the estimated timeframe is 6-10 weeks for your piece to be finished. When the final payment has been made, your piece is shipped to you!

If required for a specific date, please specify and I will do my best to accommodate.

How much is the deposit?

When you have approved of the design for your piece, a 50% deposit is required to go ahead with production.

Can I use my old gemstones for a new design?

Yes, we can! I love to work with heirloom stones as they have so much history and sentimental value. We do prefer to work with the most durable stones for this, please specify to see if this is possible for you.

Can I repurpose my old gold into a new design?

At this stage, we sadly cannot repurpose our customer own gold.

I don't know my ring size, how do i get started?

When creating your bespoke ring it’s important we get your perfect size! I offer free ring sizers to all customers, just click HERE to order yours! If you need some tips and tricks on how to figure out a ring size in secret, get in touch HERE.

How much is shipping for bespoke pieces?

For all bespoke pieces I offer free express shipping with insurance and signature on delivery.

She created the most beautiful bespoke piece for me using stones that I personally sourced; my birthstone, my partner’s, and even our cat’s birthstone. It was such a sentimental project, and she treated it with so much care and intention.
