The Bespoke Design Process

1. UNDERSTANDING YOUR VISION.

Every bespoke piece at Neij begins with a conversation - a chance to connect directly with Filippa, our founder and designer. Together, you’ll explore the meaning behind your idea, the emotion behind the piece, and how you want it to feel when worn.

We’ll guide you through selecting stones, shapes and recycled metals that align with your story, your values, and your style. Whether you’re celebrating something big or simply creating something just for you, the process is deeply personal - and always handled with care.

2. YOUR VIRTUAL CONSULTATION

Your journey continues with a free 15 minute one-on-one virtual appointment with Filippa.

This is where we get to know you - your style, your story, what matters most. It’s also where we share what’s possible, answer your questions, and explore ideas together before any sketches begin.

Together, you’ll review stone options, explore design directions, and begin to co-create a piece that holds meaning beyond just the materials. There’s no rush. Just an open, thoughtful conversation to lay the foundation for your one-of-a-kind creation.

3. DESIGN, REFINE, CREATE.

Once we’ve captured the direction, we’ll present you with hand-drawn designs along with curated stone options and pricing tailored to your preferences. You’ll have space to review, ask questions, and refine the details.

Once the design is confirmed, your piece moves into the workshop. From this stage, crafting typically takes 6–12 weeks - each piece made slowly and intentionally, just as it should be.

PRICING.

Our bespoke prices start at $3000 AUD.

Factors of pricing will consider your desired, metal & carat, your gemstone selection & design intricacy.

GEMSTONES.

Let us know if you have a desired gemstone with colour & cut in mind. Our gemstones are sourced from our trusty suppliers, ensuring the highest quality of ethically sourced natural gemstones. We will source you the perfect stone based on your preference and vision.

OCCASION.

Let us know of the occasion and your budget with any time constraints you may have. We will do our absolute best to personalise this experience to fit your needs!
