Neij Jewellery is all about connecting you to nature and therefor we are committed to only use recycled and sustainable materials for everything that goes into our brand.
We only use ethically sourced gemstones and recycled precious metals for each piece of jewellery made. Our packaging which includes jewellery boxes, postal boxes, tissue paper are FCS certified (forest stewardship council). Our postage bags are biodegradable & all care cards are made with recycled paper.
The more we grow, the more we can give back to earth.

QUALITY & CARE
Every piece is slowly handcrafted on Australia’s East Coast by our founder & designer Filippa.
Our jewellery is made using recycled Australian solid gold & 925 sterling silver. For solid gold we offer 9 and 18 carat in yellow, white & rose gold.
We use both - always ethically sourced. If you have a preference, let us know. We’re happy to use lab-created stones or help you source a unique natural gemstone. Each product will state the gemstone in the description.
Our jewellery is made of solid precious metals, meaning they will last you a lifetime with proper love and care. You can swim in the ocean and shower in your jewellery, but make sure to rinse it in warm water and dry with a soft cloth afterwards to remove any salt or soap residue.
Never swim in pools or mineral spas with your jewellery on as chemicals can cause the metal to tarnish.

Yes, all Neij Jewellery pieces are covered by a 12-month manufacturing warranty. This includes craftsmanship or material defects - not accidental damage or general wear and tear. Read our full warranty guarantee here.

All our crystals are ethically sourced from all over the world. We try to use Australian gemstones whenever possible.

Free express shipping (1-3 business days)
Orders to the United States of America
$50 express post only with DHL Express - orders under $2000AUD.
Free express shipping with DHL Express - orders $2000AUD or over.
Due to the recent tariffs, to ensure smooth & fast shipping to the US, we only ship with DHL Express. Please note all orders will be shipped with tracking & signature on delivery. All customs & import taxes are to be paid by the customer.
For all other international orders
$20 standard (10-20 business days)
$40 express post (5-10 business days)
Free standard shipping on all international orders over $800
For all made to order pieces, please allow 6-10 weeks for your order to be made and dispatched. For all ready to ship pieces, allow 1-3 business days for your order to be dispatched. All of our pieces are sent through Australia Post and all items sent are trackable.
We are not responsible for any additional incurred importing costs such as customs or additional tax for international orders outside of Australia. Fee's and import costs may vary depending on your country's rules & regulations on jewellery & higher priced items.
If your package has not arrived within 14 days after parcel has been dispatched, contact us and we will do our best to help. By Neij is not responsible for any loss of/or damaging of items during transit. We will do everything we can to help but once the parcel has been dispatched the control is no longer with us.
If your item is returned to by Neij for incorrect or incomplete address, or, failure to receive or pick up item within the post office time-frame, we will be in touch to organise a re-delivery at additional cost incurred by you.
Return & Exchange Policy
If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email at filippa@neijjewellery.com within 48 hours of receiving your item.
By Neij does not accept returns on any products unless deemed fault. This includes change of mind.
If you have received a piece that is found to be faulty please contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the product. If the product is faulty, we will send a replacement piece.
Ready-to-ship pieces dispatch within 2 business days. Made-to-order and bespoke designs take 4–10 weeks depending on complexity. You’ll receive updates throughout.

You’ll work directly with Filippa, our founder and designer. From the first idea to the final polish, it’s a fully collaborative process. We’ll sketch, source, and refine until it’s perfect and in line with your vision.

RING SIZING
At this point in time we are not offering resizing on our rings. If you have ordered a ready to ship piece you can submit a return.
If you have ordered a made to order or a bespoke ring in the wrong size - get in touch and I will help guide you in the right direction to sort out a resize.
