She created the most beautiful bespoke piece for me using stones that I personally sourced; my birthstone, my partner’s, and even our cat’s birthstone. It was such a sentimental project, and she treated it with so much care and intention.
From start to finish, Filippa was incredibly communicative, thoughtful, and patient. I had so many questions throughout the process, and she answered every single one thoroughly and kindly. She made sure I understood all of my options and helped guide me toward the best decisions for the design, structure, and overall vision.
Since I’m based in the US, I initially wondered how smooth the process would be working internationally but she made everything seamless. She clearly explained timelines, logistics, and next steps, and I always felt confident and informed.
