Get clarity over your fit with our Ring Sizer.

How to use:

Simply thread the curved end into the buckle to form a loop, with the numbers facing outward. Keep it loose.
Slide onto your desired finger
Pull the sizer firm around the middle of your finger.
Adjust to a comfortable fit ensuring it can slip over your knuckles.
Take note of the size listed. If it's in between 2 sizes, we are able to make any made to order piece in +1/2 sizes to ensure a perfect fit.

* Please note - Fingers can swell for many reasons throughout the day. We recommend sizing in the morning, afternoon & evening to ensure an confident size.

The most common size for ladies is size N (US 7) and a for men size T (US 10).

Another way to find out your ring size is to measure the inner diameter of one of your rings using a ruler, then compare it to the size chart below. Each mm counts and remember that each finger is different, so measure a ring that fits the finger you want your new ring to go on.

Orders under $2,000 AUD ship via Australia Post International Express (6–10 business days). Orders $2,000 AUD and over ship via DHL Express (3–5 business days). Ready to ship pieces dispatched within 1–3 business days. Made to order and bespoke pieces dispatched immediately upon completion.

Canada, New Zealand & International (Europe & Rest of World)

$35 AUD express shipping on orders under $800 AUD. Free express shipping on orders $800 AUD and over. Orders under $2,000 AUD ship via Australia Post International Express. Orders $2,000 AUD and over ship via DHL Express. New Zealand: 3–5 business days from dispatch. All other destinations: 5–10 business days from dispatch. We offer a 7 day return window on ready to ship pieces in original unworn condition.

The following are not eligible for return: bespoke and made to order items, sale items, earrings, and international orders outside Australia.

If your piece arrives faulty, please contact us within 48 hours at support@neijjewellery.com with your order number and a photo.

Where is your jewellery made?

Every piece is slowly handcrafted on Australia’s East Coast by our founder & designer Filippa.

What metal is your jewellery made of?

Our jewellery is made using recycled Australian solid gold & 925 sterling silver. For solid gold we offer 9 and 18 carat in yellow, white & rose gold.

Do you use lab-grown diamonds or natural gemstones?

We use both - always ethically sourced. If you have a preference, let us know. We’re happy to use lab-created stones or help you source a unique natural gemstone. Each product will state the gemstone in the description.

Can I swim and shower with my jewellery?

Our jewellery is made of solid precious metals, meaning they will last you a lifetime with proper love and care. You can swim in the ocean and shower in your jewellery, but make sure to rinse it in warm water and dry with a soft cloth afterwards to remove any salt or soap residue.

Never swim in pools or mineral spas with your jewellery on as chemicals can cause the metal to tarnish.

Do you offer warranty?

Yes, all Neij Jewellery pieces are covered by a 12-month manufacturing warranty. This includes craftsmanship or material defects - not accidental damage or general wear and tear. Read our full warranty guarantee here.

Are you a sustainable & ethical brand?

Always. We use recycled precious metals, ethically sourced or lab-created gemstones, and FSC-certified, biodegradable packaging. No shortcuts.

Where do you source your crystals & gemstones from?

All our crystals are ethically sourced from all over the world. We try to use Australian gemstones whenever possible.

How long does it take for my order to be sent?

Ready-to-ship pieces dispatch within 2 business days. Made-to-order and bespoke designs take 4–10 weeks depending on complexity. You’ll receive updates throughout.

How does bespoke work?

You’ll work directly with Filippa, our founder and designer. From the first idea to the final polish, it’s a fully collaborative process. We’ll sketch, source, and refine until it’s perfect and in line with your vision.

I want to buy a ring but don't know my ring size, what do I do?

You can order our free ring sizer here, or check out my size guide here.

Alternatively you can visit your local jeweller and ask them to size your finger.

I ordered the wrong ring size, do you offer resizing?

At this point in time we are not offering resizing on our rings. If you have ordered a ready to ship piece you can submit a return.

If you have ordered a made to order or a bespoke ring in the wrong size - get in touch and I will help guide you in the right direction to sort out a resize.
