Bespoke Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all bespoke jewellery projects with Neij Jewellery. By proceeding with a bespoke order, you agree to the following:

Quotes & Pricing

All quotes provided are valid for a period of 4 weeks from the date issued.

After this time, quotes will expire and may be revised based on current material and market prices.

Our bespoke pieces start from $3,500 AUD, regardless of the metal or gemstones selected.

This serves as a starting point only. Final pricing will vary depending on the specifics of your piece, including:

• Metal type, karat, and total weight (as gold prices fluctuate regularly)

• Gemstone selection

• Overall design complexity

Each piece is quoted individually to reflect the true materials, craftsmanship, and time required to bring your design to life.

Design Deposit

Following your consultation - or if preferring contact via email, a $100 AUD initial deposit is required to begin the bespoke process.

This deposit covers:

• Initial design work

• Stone sourcing

• Preparation of accurate, final quotes

The deposit is non-refundable but will be credited toward the final cost of your piece.

Timeframes

All timeframes provided on our bespoke page or during consultation are estimates only.

While we aim to complete every piece as efficiently and transparently as possible, delays can occur due to factors outside of our control, including:

• Stone sourcing from international suppliers

• Shipping timelines

• Production variables

As a result, we do not guarantee exact completion dates. All bespoke pieces are sent with free express shipping worldwide.

Returns & Faults

Due to the custom nature of bespoke pieces, all bespoke orders are final and are not eligible for return or refund for any reason.

If you believe your piece is faulty, you must contact us immediately upon receiving it so we can assess and resolve the issue.

Invoices & Payments

Once a quote & design is agreed upon, a 50% non refundable deposit is required before we can move your piece to production. Upon completion, the final 50% (less the $100 initial deposit) is required before it can be shipped.

If you wish to stop at any time during the bespoke process, we are unable to refund you any invoices that have been paid after supplies have been ordered for your piece.

Once an invoice is issued and agreed upon, payment must be made within 60 days of receipt.

Any invoice not paid within this period will incur a $100 AUD late fee, applied every 14 days until the balance is paid in full.
