RING SIZING

Neij Jewellery is slowly handmade and therefor it's important to choose your correct ring size. Because each ring is handcrafted from scratch and made to order, I do not offer refunds. However if you have ordered the wrong size please get in touch and we will find a solution!

The most common size for ladies is a size N (US 7) and a size T (US 10) for men.

Another way to find out your ring size is to measure the inner diameter of one of your rings using a ruler, then compare it to the size chart below. Each mm counts and remember that each finger is different, so measure a ring that fits the finger you want your new ring to go on.

You can also go to the nearest jeweller and they will measure your size for free.

JEWELLERY CARE

When you’ve invested into getting yourself a fine piece of jewellery it’s important to know how to properly care for your piece to ensure it stays beautiful for a lifetime.

» Take off your jewellery when sleeping & before going to the gym

» Apply lotion & perfume before putting your jewellery on

» Don’t wear in swimming pools. Minerals and chemicals can cause the metal to tarnish.

» Store in a dry & dark place and avoid moisture!

» Clean your jewellery with warm water & dish soap and scrub gently with a soft toothbrush or use a soft polishing cloth. Do this a few times per month.

For all made to order pieces, please allow 2-4 weeks for your order to be made and dispatched. For all ready to ship pieces, allow 1-3 business days for your order to be dispatched. All of our pieces are sent through Australia Post and all items sent are trackable.

If your package has not arrived within 14 days after parcel has been dispatched, contact us and we will do our best to help. By Neij is not responsible for any loss of/or damaging of items during transit. We will do everything we can to help but once the parcel has been dispatched the control is no longer with us.

If your item is returned to Neij Jewellery for incorrect or incomplete address, or, failure to receive or pick up item within the post office time-frame, we will be in touch to organise a re-delivery at additional cost incurred by you.

Return & Exchange Policy

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email at byneij.jewellery@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your item.

Neij Jewellery does not accept returns on any products unless deemed fault. This includes change of mind.

If you have received a piece that is found to be faulty please contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the product. If the product is faulty, we will send a replacement piece.
