Due to the recent tariffs, to ensure smooth & fast shipping to the US, we only ship with DHL Express. Please note all orders will be shipped with tracking & signature on delivery. All customs & import taxes are to be paid by the customer.
For all made to order pieces, please allow 4-8 weeks for your order to be made and dispatched. For all ready to ship pieces, allow 1-3 business days for your order to be dispatched. All of our pieces are sent through Australia Post and all items sent are trackable.
We are not responsible for any additional incurred importing costs such as customs or additional tax for international orders outside of Australia. Fee's and import costs may vary depending on your country's rules & regulations on jewellery & higher priced items. When you make a purchase outside of Australia you are liable for all import duties and taxes on your order.
If your package has not arrived within 14 days after parcel has been dispatched, contact us and we will do our best to help. By Neij is not responsible for any loss of/or damaging of items during transit. We will do everything we can to help but once the parcel has been dispatched the control is no longer with us.
If your item is returned to by Neij for incorrect or incomplete address, or, failure to receive or pick up item within the post office time-frame, we will be in touch to organise a re-delivery at additional cost incurred by you.
- Return & Exchange Policy
At Neij Jewellery we pride ourselves on delivering high quality, ethically sourced and handcrafted jewellery. We offer a 7 day return window on a range of pre made - ready to ship pieces.
Please note the below before submitting your return:
- A return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your item.
- Item must be returned in perfect condition with no signs of being worn.
- Solid Gold & Afterpay orders are eligible for an exchange or store credit only.
- All bespoke orders, made to order items, sale items, earring sales and international orders outside of Australia are final are are not eligible for returns.
- Return freight with tracking is required and to be covered by the customer.
Outside of our 7 day return window, Neij Jewellery does not accept returns or refunds on any products unless deemed fault, including change of mind.
If you’d like to wish to return an item for any other reason, please get in touch and I will endeavour to find a solution. Please be aware that returns do not apply for custom made items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If you have received a piece that is found to be faulty please contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the product. When we receive a returned product, we will either replace it, issue a store credit, or if the item is faulty and unable to be replaced, we will refund the value of the product (this excludes original freight cost).
Sale items cannot be exchanged. If a sale item is deemed faulty after an approved return, a store credit will be issued.

Return freight and cost is to be organised by the customer and is the customer’s responsibility. We will not accept any unauthorised returns of merchandise. Unauthorised returns will be refused and returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
