The most common size for ladies is a size N (US 7) and a size T (US 10) for men.

Another way to find out your ring size is to measure the inner diameter of one of your rings using a ruler, then compare it to the size chart below. Each mm counts and remember that each finger is different, so measure a ring that fits the finger you want your new ring to go on.
